Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Fees

• UAE Orders: Free shipping on orders 

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for UAE customers with an additional service fee 

Order Tracking

Customs & Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by their country. Within UAE, a standard 5% VAT applies to all orders.

Delivery Delays
